불안한 조화 [인류세 풍경]

장기 프로젝트는 논란의 여지가 있는 인프라 프로젝트와 위협받는 생태계의 역사에 대한 사례 연구 모음으로 구성된다. 끊임없이 확장되는 인류의 과학 기술적 행동의 생태적 결과 다음으로, 그는 특히 자연 시스템에 대한 인간 간섭의 정치적, 경제적, 사회적 결과에 관심이 있다. 종종 결과 풍경은 사회의 복잡한 상관관계에 대한 의도하지 않은 기념물이 된다.

DISTURBED HARMONIES [Anthropocene Landscapes]

The long-term project consists of a collection of case studies about the history of controversial infrastructure projects and threatened ecosystems. Next to the ecological consequences of an ever-expanding Technosphere, Axel Braun is particularly interested in the political, economic and social consequences of human interferences with natural systems. Often the resulting landscapes become unintended monuments for complex correlations in societies.

엑셀 브라운(1983년, 독일)은 예술가이자 사진가이다. 그의 프로젝트는 Stiftung Kunstfonds 와 노르트라인베스트팔렌의 젊은 예술가상 등 수 많은 보조금과 상을 받았다. 그의 작품은 Hartware Medien Kunst Verein, Krakow Photomonth, Kunst Wien ? Museum Hundertwasser 등에서 국제적으로 단체 및 개인 전시되었다. 

Axel Braun (1983, Germany) is an artist and photographer. His projects have been supported by numerous grants and awards among them Stiftung Kunstfonds and the Young Artist Award of North Rhine-Westphalia. His work has been presented internationally in group and solo shows among others at Hartware MedienKunstVerein at Dortmunder U, Krakow Photomonth 2018 and Kunst Haus Wien ? Museum Hundertwasser.
